Prices:

Children up to 3 years old travel for free.
1 dog: €7.00/night. One dog is allowed in the vacation home; we ask for personal consultation after booking.
The rental price per person & night includes: final cleaning, Wi-Fi, bed linen, hand & bath towels, kitchen & dish towels, water, electricity, heating, e-bike charging, as well as a basic supply consisting of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee filters, cooking oil, salt & pepper.

Cancellation Conditions:

Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival.
Cancellations between 14 and 27 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
Cancellations from 0 to 13 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price.
No-show without cancellation: 90% of the rental price.
If the house is successfully rented out to someone else, there will be no cancellation fees for the canceled period.

The Vacation Home

was completely renovated from 2023-2025 and reopened in October 2025.
is a strict non-smoking house, which also applies to e-cigarettes.
is free-standing on a 1330m² property. The part of the garden directly adjacent to the house, approximately 800m², is completely fenced.
is located in a sunny southern slope at the edge of a small hamlet without through traffic.
is at least 30 meters in direct line from door to door from the nearest residential buildings.
has a separate, lockable outbuilding for your e-bikes, bicycles, dog crates, drink crates, hiking equipment....

Travel arrangements

Arrival / Departure:

Check-In: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-Out: by 10:00 AM at the latest.
On days without guest change, an earlier Check-In / later Check-Out can be arranged.
A later time for Check-In can also be arranged upon prior agreement.

Parking:

The parking spaces are free of charge.
Parking is available directly at the holiday home.
Another parking space is located on Dorfstraße, and a short walk through the garden leads to the holiday home.
A lockable space for bicycles or E-bikes is also available.

Shopping Opportunities:
In Morsbach, about 8 km / 10 driving minutes away, there are various restaurants and fast food places, common discount stores and grocery shops, bakery & butcher, drugstore, post office, pharmacies, gas stations & E-charging stations...
