The cancellation must be made in writing. The date of the postmark applies.

Payments are due:

50% of the expected invoice amount from 12 weeks before the date

80% of the expected invoice amount from 4 weeks before the date

100% of the expected invoice amount from 1 week before the date

Travel arrangements

The arrival time and check-in will be individually arranged by phone in advance.

Check-in is generally possible between 12 PM and 6 PM.

And check-out is between 10 AM and 2 PM.
