Raiffeisen distance individual and relay: 0.5 km swimming, 20 km cycling, 6.0 km running
This year again with the Raiffeisen 3F relay200 meters swimming, 10 kilometers cycling, and around 3 kilometers running - many can do it!
3F relay, the "everybody format" at the Raiffeisen Triathlon Hamm (Sieg) simply explained:
Three participants from family, friend circle, or company (businesses, administrations, associations) form a relay: One swims, one rides, one runs. Everyone can do triathlon, and the distances have been adjusted compared to the regular Raiffeisen distance so that really anyone can manage it - with a bit of training.
It's about being there, of course, but also about the joy of movement and sport, and about completing the courses together (as a team) in the shortest possible time.
Thus, the Raiffeisen Triathlon takes up the motto of F.W. Raiffeisen in a modified form: "What is not possible for the individual, many can achieve."
