Experience nature in Parc-de-Roissy in Hamm (Sieg)

Under the annual motto of the Federal Association of Tour Guides in Germany e. V. “With open eyes through:” tour guide Peter “Bum” Krahwinkel invites you to a special nature experience hike (NEW) in Parc-de-Roissy in Hamm (Sieg) on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 4 p.m.

Together, participants will discover the diverse park landscape with all their senses: observing, marveling, smelling, tasting, and experiencing are the focus. Knowledge transfer and enjoyment of nature combine for a summery afternoon in the green.

Afterward, a tree and flower quiz with small prizes awaits. Additionally, a plant swap market invites you to trade and browse. Anyone who wishes can make use of the freshly restored petanque court.

For your physical well-being, freshly baked bread and delicacies from the flower meadow will be provided.

Participation is free of charge. Donations for further tree planting are welcome.

Please bring:

Picnic blanket, dishes, and cutlery
Sturdy footwear
Possibly plants for swapping
Curiosity and a sense of exploration

Parc-de-Roissy is located right by the award-winning comfort hiking trail “Raiffeisen's Sunday Stroll.” The WällerTour and GEO-Route provide the ideal backdrop for a relaxed summer afternoon in nature.
