Contract documents for cooperation as a service provider

For cooperation as an accommodation (hotel, holiday flat, camping) or ticket provider, a contract must be concluded in which you undertake to keep the data up to date. We will be happy to advise you in a personal meeting on all content and clarify any questions that may arise.

You can conveniently download all the contract documents for your records; we only need the signature pages to conclude the contract.

Statutory reporting obligation for service providers

Dear hosts and hostesses,

We would like to inform you about the new legal reporting obligation of the "PStTG" (Platform Tax Transparency Act) DAC7 Directive. According to this, all operators of booking platforms must report certain data of their providers to the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt). As a platform operator, we are therefore obliged to request this data from you and submit an initial report for 2023 to the Federal Central Tax Office by 31 January 2024.

The technical requirements are currently being created in Deskline so that you can enter the necessary data via your WebClient access. You will soon be asked to enter the data when you log in to your WebClient.

Your co-operation is required! Your missing data must be entered in Deskline by 8 January 2024 at the latest.
