here are some summary information for you:

The overnight price is €50 for the booking person
and increases by €10 for each additional person.
The final cleaning fee of €30 is not included in the overnight price.
Please pay 30% upon booking, and the remaining amount is due no later than
3 days before your arrival.
Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 19:00
and check-out is until 11:00.
The use of the washing machine and dryer is possible,
with a respective fee of €5 each.
The double bed size is 140 x 200 cm
The cot has a mattress size of 70 x 140 cm and
the sofa bed is 90 x 200 cm long.

Travel arrangements

Dear visitors,
it's great that you're coming!
Here are a few notes for your arrival:

Please park behind the large silver camper in the yard on the gravel. Depending on the direction you're coming from, you will need to drive around the house.
When you walk past the camper, you will see the entrance door on the right side with a wooden bench and table in front of it (as shown in the photo).
To the right of the door, there is a keybox. We will inform you of the code in due time. When leaving, please put the key back in the box and lock it.
If there are any uncertainties shortly before or during your stay, feel free to contact us at 0170/5963150 or ring the doorbell at the front of the building.

When you leave us, please remember to turn off the heaters and close the windows.
